The owner, Damian, is originally from New Iberia, Louisiana. He grew up cooking at his mother’s restaurant in Louisiana, named Brenda’s Diner.

Whether he is cooking for family, friends, or the restaurant, he is very passionate about what he does. Using no exact recipes for any of the dishes, he cooks to taste as if it’s a home cooked meal.
