Welcome, I’m delighted that you’ve embarked on this journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. I would be honored to provide you with a safe space to work towards your healing and transformation. As a Latinx therapist, I’m passionate about supporting the Spanish-speaking community and reducing the stigma around mental health services. I am also passionate about working with children, teens, and families to help overcome challenges. My experience spans children, adolescents, adults, and families, using evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs. My priority is to create a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and nurturing environment rooted in acceptance and trust where you can embrace your strengths and achieve your goals. The therapeutic modalities I use most frequently are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment Based Therapy. For children, I use sandplay, art, storytelling, and games to help children work through emotional and behavioral challenges.
