CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar is Oakland’s New BIPOC and Women owned retail shop, tasting room, bistro, and event space. We have the largest selection of wine, beer, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages.

CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar was launched and incorporated in February 2020 and we opened our doors to the public on December 16th 2022. Our Founder and CEO Alicia Maria has 7 years of diverse experience in the wine industry in the distribution, importing, retail, and business consulting. Due to our founder having a passion for providing business services for Women, BIPOC, POC, and Small Producers in wine and beer space, she launched Coco Noir Wine Shop & Bar to bridge the gap of connecting the wine & beer entrepreneur to the retail market/consumer audience.
