It is my goal to provide a relaxing environment that promotes mental and emotional healing that starts from within. It is my hope and goal to help identify mental health awareness through a process of establishing mental clarity that will help promote physical and emotional happiness. Let’s take this journey together! I have worked with children and adults for over 10 years in a variety of settings. I have assisted individuals who have had difficulty with depression, anxiety, anger management, grief, ADHD, behavioral problems, trauma, relationship and substance abuse problems.
