Welcome to Your Healing. I am a therapist, passionate about changing the ways mental health services are provided, reducing barriers, reframing stigma, and helping individuals achieve better outcomes. I have experience with providing services to those with Severe Mental Impairment, Borderline personality disorder, crisis management, intellectual disabilities, PTSD, CPTSD, Autism spectrum, and Substance abuse/ recovery needs. TFCBT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, ASAM trained. I am proficient in providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling. Currently training in Trauma Focused CBT and Sand tray therapy for adults and children. After hours, Tues, Wed. and Fri 6:30pm-8:30pm Telehealth only and Saturday 10 am – 3 pm in Person/Telehealth available If you are looking for help and not sure what it needs to look like, please, take some time to ask some questions and decide what is best for you.
