Hey, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a proud Black therapist passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength, identity, and purpose. I approach therapy as a space for real, honest conversations—the kind that helps you unpack what’s weighing you down and explore where you want to go next. You deserve a space where you can show up fully and feel seen, heard, and supported. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to help you build emotional awareness, regulate stress, and move through life with clarity. I’m especially experienced in supporting folks navigating anxiety, depression, and cultural or gendered trauma. In our sessions, I keep things real and relatable. I often use music, pop culture, and literature to make sense of emotions and life experiences. Healing can be creative, empowering, and deeply human. Therapy, to me, is a space of liberation where you can unlearn, reimagine, and grow. You don’t have to do it alone. Lets do it together.
