Drawing on my background in Human Sexuality, I address the psychological, emotional, and relational aspects of sexuality. I focus on enhancing partner connection through improved communication and trust-building. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, I specialize in treating traumatic experiences that manifest as sex, love, and relationship addiction. Entering therapy can evoke feelings of fear and hesitation for many people, often stemming from invalidating experiences throughout their lives. In therapy, I prioritize building a safe and empathetic environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It’s a space where you’re accepted for who you are in the moment.
