“By Lady Belle is a specialty French-Southern Fusion bakeshop offering authentic Parisian style macarons, Food Network winning Belle Bite Macarons®, savory Gritscuits® (French gougeres filled with flavorful cheese grits in a variety of delicious flavors) and Crumb’l Cobblers®.

Based in Stone Mountain, Ga. we serve Atlanta, Metro-Atlanta areas and beyond. We are a mobile shop, going where the people are, operating pop-ups in several community Farmer’s Markets and select Festivals. Find the Lady and find your indulgence!

This Georgia Grown company was originally called My Fare Lady Macarons. The name was changed to Lady Belle Macarons in 2019. Our initial focus was Parisian Macarons. We added our creation of Belle Bite Macarons® in 2019 and competed on Food Network using our Lemon Poppy flavor, bringing Lady Belle the win! Lady Belle has now gone beyond macarons with the introduction of yet another original creation, Gritscuits®, our French Gougeres (cheese puffs) filled with cheese grits in 3 classic flavors and occasional feature flavors. Our Smoked Gouda Gritscuit led Lady Belle to the Flavor of Georgia finals in 2023.

We are registered for several Festivals/ Events within Georgia throughout the year and are scheduled vendors at the following Farmer’s Markets:
Avondale Farmer’s Market (Sundays 10a – 1pm)
Alpharetta Farmer’s Market (Saturdays 8:30a – 12:30pm)
Suwanee Fest Sat (9/21/24) 9-7pm; Sun (9/22/24) 12-5pm
