an all-day soul food concept, celebrates its grand opening from 3-7 p.m. Friday in the Food City plaza on the southeast corner of Hardy and Baseline in Tempe.
The breakfast menu offers build-your-own biscuit bowls with a choice of:
Biscuit (plain, honey butter, blueberry cream, or strawberry cream);
Base (breakfast potatoes, hash brown, or grits);
Protein (bacon, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, pork sausage, sauage link, fried chicken, fried pork chops, fried catfish, or lamb chops);
Toppings (butter, cheese, green onions, peppers and onions, or sauteed spinach).
There also are egg, pancake, waffle, and French toast platters.
For lunch and dinner, there are build-your-own cornbread bowls, stuffed turkey legs, wings, and more.
Dessert options include peach cobbler skillets, banana pudding, and cheesecake flights.
