Hello, I’m Brittany Woodham, a Christian therapist dedicated to helping clients heal from past traumatic experiences. I work closely with individuals who are unapologetically themselves, culturally diverse, and open-minded. My ideal clients are high achievers who want to achieve a better life but feel held back by negative beliefs, past experiences, and fears. They often struggle with maintaining healthy relationships, people-pleasing behaviors, and childhood trauma. I encourage clients to think outside the box and challenge long-held negative beliefs. My goal is to understand generational traumas and their connection to current life circumstances. I provide EMDR trauma therapy, CBT, and IFS therapy to help my clients heal and grow. As a Christian therapist, I approach my work with a non-judgmental and loving perspective. I strive to help individuals understand that they are not defined by their past experiences and can move beyond what currently holds them back. Together, we can work towards healing.
