I have a passion about helping children and teens find their voice in this midst of disconnection. As humans, we are created for connection. Often, this disconnection to self and others can create stress, exhaustion and loneliness. I desire to be a listening ear and seek to understand you to promote healing through the challenges occurring in your life. I can assist you by guiding you through physical and emotional development, family dynamics, school challenges, communication, relationship distress and trauma. I desire to walk with you on the journey for healing and together we will achieve goals for your child & family. I specialize in children/teens and understand the impact on the entire family unit. I have experience in family reunification and play therapy. I use a combination of EFT, DBT, CBT and play therapy to fit your specific needs. I understand the importance of play throughout lifelong development as our form of play changes as we mature. I look forward to speaking with you and sharing part of your journey.
