Nine childhood friends with parents hailing from different islands in the Caribbean came together and created a restaurant and bar reflecting the foundation of their lasting friendship: good food, good drink, and good times. BK9 serves Caribbean-inspired food that reflects what the 9 founders grew up eating with their families in Brooklyn. The one-of-a-kind menu features authentic cuisine from Haiti, Trinidad, and Jamaica, and adds modern culinary technique and innovation that results in a uniquely refined and delectable experience.
