Atomic Scooters was founded in 2018 By Matthew Miller& Sabrina Weldy. During a family trip to Washington D.C Matt was introduced to the E-Scooter boom and realized how amazing it would be in Las Vegas. When he returned from the trip he immediately purchased 5 E-scooters with the last of his savings and began working with the city. At first the city business licensing officials where completely against E-Scooters in Las Vegas, they had already been approached by companies like Uber, Lime Scooters and Lyft all of which wanted to “drop” scooters all over the city for people to walk up and use with their phone. Matt didn’t give up, He and his partner Sabrina wrote a business plan that not only allowed them to do tours but to properly rent them as well. After a year of back and forth, City Council meetings, and finally approval by the Mayor Matt’s Atomic Scooters is the first business allowed to rent and offer tours on E-Scooters in Las Vegas. Till this day we are the only company in Town!
