My ideal client is someone navigating identity struggles, mental health challenges, and a disconnect between mind and body. They may be apart of the LGBTQ+ community, males of all ages struggling with toxic masculinity or cultural expectations, or black dealing with trauma related to race or gender. These clients need a safe space to explore their identity, heal from past trauma, and gain emotional clarity. They seek practical tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and reconnecting with themselves. Their goal is to overcome shame, build self-confidence, and foster healthier relationships—starting with themselves. I specialize in helping individuals navigate identity struggles, trauma, and emotional challenges through a holistic approach. I combine therapy techniques like CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy with movement and mindfulness practices to empower healing. I offer a safe, supportive space for self-discovery, growth, and building healthier relationships. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and you may be facing challenges that seem hard to navigate on your own.
