I strive to set a tone of, “easy conversation,” that allows you to feel at ease, while maintaining professionalism, and providing a space for empowerment and growth. Together, we’ll identify and address the most pivotal areas in your life, always focusing on your unique needs and goals. My specialties are working with those who are dealing with: Depression and Mood Disorders, Black Women’s Mental Health Issues, and Life Coaching and Personal Growth. I’m here to give you a space to be real, share your story, and tackle life’s challenges. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are, and they move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I encourage my clients to be honest, open-minded, and willing to challenge past negative views in order to step into a healthier, more positive way of thinking.
