I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also certified in Expressive Arts Therapy and love incorporating expressive modalities into therapeutic practice. I practice from an integrated approach, drawing from person-centered, liberation, multicultural, community, and feminist perspectives. I incorporate trauma-informed, expressive, narrative, and attachment modalities into my practice with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relational stress. I have worked with a variety of clients including adults, adolescents, and children from different backgrounds, and my passion is working with POC and LGBTQIA2S+ clients. I believe therapy is a collaborative endeavor and work to minimize the power differential within the therapeutic alliance so clients feel they have autonomy, agency, and safety in the counseling experience.
