Hi! Are you seeking a compassionate, non judgmental therapist to guide you on your journey toward mental wellness and self-discovery? I use evidence-based practices to help my clients heal from trauma and manage relationships all while keeping your goals at the center. I have extensive training working with people from all walks of life. I specialize in trauma treatment, addiction counseling, confidence building, issues associated with difficult life transitions, and relationship boundary work. I look forward to working with you! My specialty and biggest passion is meeting my clients where they are. I assist clients in becoming the best they can be by teaching mood regulation skills, relationship-enhancing skills and accepting themselves fully. I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, ACT and Brainspotting. I have been a counselor for 9 years. I am also a licensure supervisor, and I teach psychology courses to psychology students. I also provide internships for master-level students in their journey to counseling. I love doing this work to help others see their full potential.
