As a counselor, my hope is to empower people to achieve their goals and become their best selves while doing so. I believe counseling is a collaborative effort and should be treated with delicacy and honesty. Taking on a person-centered approach to counseling is important to me because each person should be embraced for their uniqueness. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR to address anxiety, depression, marital conflict, trauma, relationship issues, behavioral issues, emotional disturbances, family conflict, and self-esteem hindrances within a wide variety of clientele.
