I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 16 years of experience. I am passionate about helping individuals from marginalized communities—including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled individuals—navigate life’s challenges. My practice, Rise Up Counseling, is built on the belief that we all can rise up and discover resilient versions of ourselves. I utilize a combination of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
 I collaborate with my clients, helping them gain insight into their struggles, build healthier boundaries, and improve communication. My goal is to create a space where clients can feel empowered, certain, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.
