My goal is to provide a safe place where you can explore, address, and work through whatever you may be facing. I know starting is the hardest part, so my goal is for you to feel heard, seen, and supported, without being judged or doubted, and challenged when necessary. I can provide Individual therapy, including anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, and grief/loss; Family therapy, including working with couple’s and children/adolescents; and Multicultural/Inclusive therapy, including people of color and LGBTQ+. My approaches include EMDR, CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and spirituality. I am bilingual (English and Spanish). “There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” Maya Angelou. We all have unique stories. As a therapist, it is my goal to get to know each of my clients’ stories and walk alongside them in creating the life they want for themselves. You certainly do not have to be in this journey alone, and therapy may be a great place to start.
