I enjoyed working for the Meadows Ranch in Wickenburg, Az and being able to provide therapies to women who are struggling with eating disorders, addictions, dual diagnosis, PTSD, family trauma, struggling in their marriage and other relationships. I have a passion for helping others and feel blessed when others allow me to assist them in their journey to recovery and meeting goals they have to pursue a better life or to improve their mental health and relationships. I am licensed in 4 states Az, Wy, Nv and Co. I am able to help with knowledge around DBT, CBT, Masters Certified Aromatherapy, Brainspotting, and EMDR. With relationships I find it important to go over love languages , communication, and the Karpmans’ triangle in order to have a better understanding of ourselves, how others view or see us, as well as others we have relationships with. Again I have a strong passion from my own personal background to want to do more, help more and be a part of your journey if you allow it.
