Have you been living with anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)? Do intrusive thoughts or images show up uninvited, leaving you confused or overwhelmed—especially when it feels like you’ve tried everything, even years of talk therapy, with little relief? If so, you’re not alone. Many people go years—often 13 to 17—before receiving an accurate OCD diagnosis. But here’s the hopeful part: with the right approach, OCD is highly treatable.
In our work together, my goal is to help you feel more in control of your life by gently reducing the grip of compulsions and other unhelpful coping strategies. I use evidence-based approaches—like Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for lasting change. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can build the tools you need for meaningful and lasting progress. I’m here to walk alongside you—helping you tap into your inner strength, resilience, and capacity for change.
