What’s The Scoop is a safe haven for the youth. Music and ice cream bring people together, so we decided to become a sanctuary for both! We have great desserts, great music, and ice cream to cool you off & bring you joy.
This shop will also be the home base for podcasters and a potential recording area for the creatives of Bayview and beyond. We’re here to help revolutionize the Bay Area.
