Buldogis was founded by myself and my wife, who brings a rich background in Korean cuisine. Combining my experience as an Executive Chef with her deep culinary roots, we set out to create a gourmet hot dog concept unlike anything else.
Our vision was to fuse bold flavors from across the U.S. with vibrant Korean and Asian influences—resulting in a menu that’s both creative and comforting. We’re passionate about quality, using only the freshest ingredients: house-made chili, kimchi, slaws, sauces, and crisp veggie toppings, all prepared in-house daily.
Guests can choose from our signature creations or build their own with a wide range of toppings and combinations. The response has been amazing, and we’re grateful for the love and support from our community.
