F45 Training is a high-intensity, 45 minute workout that blends cardio, strength training, circuit training, agility, and functional movement patterns to target every muscle group in the body. F45 is for anyone and everyone no matter your age or your fitness background! There are no treadmills but there are rowers and bikes that may be used. The themes of each day are fairly constant (strength, cardio, hybrid) but the movements, exercise order, and timing within the workout changes daily. There are two trainers in each session to focus on improving your technique and give you any necessary modifications you need.
