Our fit studio is nestled in the back of our apparel store and we have become known as the most challenging gym in the East Valley because we push you to be better every session. We count reps. We use tempo. We help you with nutrition, and we strive for results for every client individually.
My fitness journey began at the age of 12 when I first walked in to the Marine Corp base gym with my father. Watching these men lift what at the time seemed impossible, captured my attention and I was hooked.
For the past four years, I had the privilege of working at the top personal training gym in New York City – S10 Training. Learning and working side by side with the nations most talented trainers was a life changing experience, it has allowed me to help so many people including a few big names – Matthew Broderick, Diplo, Joe Jonas, Jesse Tyler Fergusen, Justin Mikita and Sara Racey Tabrizi to name drop a few.
I am blessed to have been able to take my knowledge and experience and apply it to my own dream of owning a one of a kind gym to help people enhance their health and achieve their esthetic and athletic goals.
