Hudson & Alphonse is street corner located in our hometown of Rochester, New York. During the 90’s era of Hip Hop Culture this was a the prime location for all day eats. It’s here where an Arab brother named “SHAM SHAM” made these now World Famous Subs known us as Steak Subs.
