Pinckney Cookie Café was founded by Michael Pinckney as the result of his lifelong love of eating, baking and experimenting with recipes for chocolate chip cookies. Michael’s creativity and passion were bolstered by the unrelenting enthusiasm and encouragement of friends, family and collaborators. Michael’s title – Cookie Monster – says it all.
Pinckney Cookie Cafe opened for business as an online only company (lovethesecookies.com), and expanded into wholesale distribution in June 2010. We also offer bulk cookies for food service organizations. These amazing cookies are sought after in select farmers markets, including the nationally renowned Ballard Farmers Market. The company has become a fixture at Seafair Weekend where Michael mans the Pinckney Cookie Cafe cookie cart outside of the hydroplane pits. A company highlight was in 2013 when we supplied 11,000 cookies for the Microsoft Company meeting.
