Holy Rollie Pastry Shop started as a cottage food business established as an LLC in September 2020. Our products are gourmet cinnamon rolls and cake rolls in a variety of flavors. The difference between Holy Rollie pastries and other cinnamon roll eateries is the different fillings, such as cookies and cream, maple bacon, and seasonal /monthly flavors featured like peanut butter cup. Our spin on a traditional breakfast staple will make cinnamon rolls a treat enjoyed anytime.
