Many of the individuals I work with have experienced deep emotional pain, often rooted in early relationships and life events. This kind of trauma doesn’t just leave memories—it reshapes how we see ourselves, how safe we feel in the world, and how we relate to others.
Together, we work to gently untangle the past without rushing or retraumatizing. Through a compassionate, evidence-based approach, I help clients recognize and challenge inner beliefs of shame, unworthiness, or invisibility. As their self-awareness grows, so does their ability to set boundaries, communicate authentically, and trust in their own inner wisdom I take a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, highlighting inner resources you already possess to support healing and personal growth. We explore and challenge negative thinking patterns, helping to shift deep-rooted beliefs and foster greater self-awareness. This process supports meaningful change in how you relate to yourself, others, and the world. At the core of my counseling philosophy is a desire to help people discover their authentic selves. I believe the client is an expert in their life and the counselor is an expert in facilitating change. I encourage my clients to dedicate themselves to their healing, and in turn, I dedicate myself fully to my work as their therapist.
