The Chicken and Waffle hype really began when L.A. Rapper “Snoop Dogg” brought it to the mainstream when he made references in his songs to the world famous “Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles” in Los Angeles. The Chicken and Waffle concept actually started in the early 1900s in Harlem, New York. Keith was fascinated with the combination so he decided to start his own venture. Before embarking on this journey I have conducted some extensive research in search for the best Chicken and Waffle joints in America. Having traveled as far as Florida in search of the best Chicken and Waffles in order to gain the knowledge and experience to be considered one of the greats. As a true foodie at heart I have spent several years perfecting my chicken seasoning recipe. Every item on the menu has gone through a very careful process in order to meet the demands of our customers.
