From Health Professional to Chef, our focus has always been to help others live a quality life. In 2020, a few clients that we served requested us to cook meals that was centered around lowering inflammation in the body. We agreed and quickly discovered that there was more to food and the healing process than anything we imagined. As we studied further, we discovered that by removing specific ingredients (all that we have eliminated in our company) from our normal diet routine, dramatically increases the odds of lowering inflammation in the body, thus aiding in the reduction of metabolic disease risk factors.
