Relax and Release Massage has been in business since 2015. I am an Irene’s Grad that was trained in therapeutic bodywork and swedish massage. Since Feburary, Relax and Release has participated in community resource fair and back to school event, provided chair massage at local gyms and provided In home massages to a numerous of customers around the metro detroit area. The techniques used benefit those with chronic pain, Flexibility restrictions and stress management issues.
