New Client Availability – Feel burnt out, stressed, overwhelmed? Struggling w/how to process past trauma? Are you Black, Indigenous, Person of Color (BIPOC) & want to break unhealthy generational cycles? Sometimes things get the best of us; we don’t understand why we are triggered. Setting healthy boundaries, reducing anxiety, adjusting to new seasons in life, adding healthy coping skills or prioritizing mental health is important. My focus is to provide a holistic healing space. I’m EMDR trained & incorporate other techniques: CBT, talk therapy, solution focus, mindfulness, & walk/talk therapy. I’m an approved AZ Clinical Supervisor.
My years of experience allows you to feel seen. I relate to BIPOC generational, cultural expectations & traditions. I have lived experience w/birth traumas. You aren’t alone; you define your trauma. If a 55 minute session isn’t enough & you want extended sessions we can discuss EMDR intensives as part of your plan. Intensives help process trauma quicker.
I can understand how hard it is to open up w/someone new about life. I use nonjudgemental approaches & confidentiality when you share. I meet you where you are.
